By making a booking for accommodation or experience at Bidaisari, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Where indicated, minimum stay conditions apply to accommodation options. Bidaisari will endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests. All accommodation is subject to availability. All activities are subject to availability, minimum participation requirements & prevailing weather conditions at the time of operation. An activity may be cancelled up to the time of departure if it is the opinion of the tour operator that weather or any other conditions are such that it would be unsafe to conduct the activity. A full refund will be applicable in this event.
The tenant is liable for damages to any property or content of the property incurred during their stay. Please inspect the property and report any damage immediately to the managers upon arrival. The tenant will be required to sign a form upon arrival that states they accept full responsibility for any charges for the home during their stay. It will also acknowledge that the tenant is personally liable for payment for any damage to the home or property both malicious or accidental by themselves or any of their guests and that any remaining balance can be charged.
Should tenants lose any house keys then the tenant will be held responsible for the replacement costs of the keys. Tenants stay at their own risk and Bidaisari will not be held liable for damage or injury caused to tenants or personal property when circumstances arise outside of our control. Bidaisari reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner. Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Bidaisari cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest’s vehicle. Bidaisari does not accept liability for any accident, injury or misadventure. Members and guests are responsible for making their own insurance arrangements in respect of any injuries suffered by them, or caused by them.
All accommodation must be guaranteed at the time of reservation. Please be advised that 50% of the total cost must be paid to secure the booking. 7 days prior to the date of arrival, full prepayment of accommodation for all room nights and activity / event bookings must be paid.
In the event that Bidaisari cancels a booking then all monies paid for your booking will be refunded in full within 14 days of the date of cancellation.
The liability of Bidaisari arising from any cancellations of accommodation is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking.
14 days or more prior to arrival: Nil
8 – 13 days prior to arrival: 50% charge will be applied
7 days prior to arrival: a charge for every room night booked will be made, no refunds apply.

Extra Guests & Child Policy
Rates are per room per night based on two person occupancy. Maximum occupancy per room is three
people. Extra guests at Bidaisari are charged as follows, and with the following inclusions:
- EXTRA PERSON – CHILD (5 – 12 years old) rate is RM 30 inclusive breakfast
- EXTRA PERSON – ADULT (12 years old and above) rate is RM 50 inclusive breakfast
- Children 0-4 years at the date of arrival attract no charge.
